OUR STORY.

Bleu Roots is a small-town company located in rural North Central Illinois. We offer a variety of natural soy candles, poured into a variety of apothecary jars, as well as one-of-a-kind vessels. Our candles are hand poured in our hometown of La Moille, IL. We are proud to share our passion in using all natural ingredients to create the purest of scents. Our creative inspiration came from our love of home decor and design. Creating welcoming, cozy, and safe spaces is at the root of this venture. Our one-of-a-kind vessels were inspired by going to flea markets in search of unique pieces, that can be given new life. Incorporating modern jars provides an option for all style preferences. Bleu roots is named after our Redbone Coonhound, Bella Bleu, as well as the importance of family and keeping in touch with our roots.

If you have a unique vessel of your own, that you would like made into a candle, please contact us!

IT ALL BEGINS WITH A HOBBY.

Care Instructions:

First Light: Allow the wax to melt across the entire top surface of the candle to prevent tunneling; and thus providing an even burn in the future. This will take approximately 2-4 hours depending on the size of the candle. DO NOT BURN FOR MORE THAN 4 HOURS AT A TIME.

Wick Trimming: Failure to properly trim the wick can result in a hazard. Make sure to keep the wick trimmed down to 1/4-1/2 inch. This will prevent soot and an out of control flame.

Warning:

BURN WITHIN SIGHT. KEEP AWAY FROM FLAMMABLE OBJECTS. KEEP AWAY FROM CHILDREN AND PETS. KEEP CANDLE FREE OF ANY FOREIGN MATERIALS. ONLY BURN CANDLE ON A LEVEL, FIRE RESISTANT SURFACE. STOP USE WHEN ONLY 1/4 OF WAX REMAINS.

YOU MAY NOTICE A BUMPY / UNEVEN SURFACE AFTER BURNING THE CANDLE. THIS IS NORMAL FOR 100% SOY WAX. IT DOES NOT AFFECT THE QUALITY OF THE CANDLE.
